The National Youth Workers Convention hosted by Youth Specialties is occurring this September in San Diego and November in Atlanta. Youth Specialties is a ministry resource for youth pastors and youth workers. Their site offers lots of different advice for youth workers such as:

Tips and ideas
Volunteer training
How to plan a mission trip
Their blog also offers valuable information
